On this site you will find a collection of resources designed to stimulate the mind, nourish the heart, discover the body, and nurture relationship. Included are the professional services I offer in the fields of mindfulness and "integrative" health psychology - bringing together the modern science and ancient wisdom that can help us navigate this messy, painful, beautiful business of being human.
 
My aim is not to provoke another self-improvement project, but to highlight the wealth of resources that already exist within each of us; resources that, with a little guidance, and a little practice, can help us live these precious and complicated lives of ours with a greater sense of wholeness, compassion, courage, joy, and connection to what matters most.
